Update: We are beyond glad they opened the new location. There’s much more seating and the food and menu are even better. There’s plenty of food options and all are delicious. The vegan food is some of the best in Albuquerque and is a fantastic spot to stop at if you are wanting any plant-based New Mexican food! Vegos may be one of the best Vegan food I’ve had in awhile. Fantastic New Mexican flavors all at reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be back here!

Vegos is an absolute dream come true! I stopped by while in Albuquerque and had the most amazing experience. I ordered the stuffed sopapilla with seitan, calabacitas, and both chile on the side, plus a concha and a churro for dessert. Everything was beyond delicious! You would never guess it’s all vegan because the flavors were so rich and authentic—it truly captures the essence of New Mexico cuisine. The service was top tier. The cashier was phenomenal—she gave stellar recommendations and was so friendly and welcoming. Her enthusiasm made the experience even better! I’m honestly sitting here drooling just writing this review. If New Mexico were closer, I’d be making daily trips just for Vegos. It’s that good! Do yourself a favor and check this place out—you won’t regret it!

Best vegan chicken sandwich and the best vegan breakfast burrito I've ever had! Fresh ingredients and a beautiful presentation.

Such good food, but also so many items that even a poor vegan like myself can afford and get full off of. I got a sopapilla with honey, a sizable cheesy bean burrito, and chips with queso for less than 20, that’s incredible.

If you're on the lookout for a vegan restaurant that consistently delivers delicious and creative dishes, look no further than Vegos. I’ve had the pleasure of dining here several times, and each visit has been amazing. One standout dish is the NCMC Sandwich with spicy batter. The combination of flavors is simply irresistible, and the spiciness adds a perfect kick that keeps you coming back for more. It's one of those sandwiches that feels indulgent while being entirely plant-based. Another favorite of mine is the stuffed sopapilla with seitan . The texture is spot on, and the filling is both hearty and satisfying. It's a unique twist on a classic that showcases the restaurant's commitment to innovative vegan cuisine. Vegos has quickly become one of my go-to spots. The variety and quality of the dishes are impressive, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you haven’t visited yet, I highly recommend you do—your taste buds will thank you!

Had the Southwest Salad for the first time last week. It was delicious, and a very generous serving. Thank you, I was very hungry and finished it all. My usual salad is the Caesar, which is also excellent. Can't beat the deep fried tofu, which is always a nice treat since I airfry it at home. Service can feel distant and removed at times, but never rude, always helpful. If they're busy, it's a lot for one person to handle taking new orders as well as expediting the takeout orders being picked up and delivering the dine in orders.

I ordered the SW salad and it was so tasty! The ingredients seemed fresh and the tofu was great. The only thing "wrong" was that the portion was way too big for one person! I hate to waste food, and a dressed salad isn't great for leftovers. But maybe that is a me problem

WOW! This place is amazing. Their buffalo tofu is incredible - the texture is chewy and firm. The buffalo sauce is amazing. Great as a sandwich or as tenders. The staff are friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.
